« on: January 13, 2008, 05:41:29 AM »

How can I know that?

They are usually hosted on one web server, so they usually have only one static IP.

You said "usually", does it mean there are ones with dynamic. And if yes, is there a way to find them?

"Usually" means there is a possibility on technology to implement dynamic IP address for a web proxy sites.
But it needs much resource and money. Most web proxy sites live on advertisement, which cannot afford that.
Unfortunately I didn't find any free proxy sites that have a dynamic IP until now.

For pete sake, do you know how to use Google?  Type "proxies for sale" in the search box, hit your enter key and then start reading.  A word of caution ... there are many people attempting to sell proxies out there and most, perhaps not all, are rip offs.  I definitely would stay away from anyone named jammo.

Now, what possible difference could it make to you if a web proxy is static or dynamic?  You are going to use them to cheat, so why would you even consider using them more than once regardless?

There is always a possibility for anything to happen in life, so when someone answers a question they cover their ass by using words like "usually, generally, for the most part, nearly always, most likely" just to be on the safe side. Get it?

There are literally thousands of web proxies listed here:

Code: [Select]
http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml
Open them individually and load the following site through them:

Code: [Select]
http://www.proxydetect.com/
You can always waste your time doing this several times a day, for each one, recording their IP Address and see if it changes.
I tell it like it is and that's offensive to those professing knowledge they don't have.
