Proxy Questions / SocksCap Compatibility With Win7 64 Bit

So I'm running Windows 7 64 bit version and I tried to install SocksCap but it said it wasn't compatible. Is there a 64 bit version of the program that I missed somewhere? Or is there a way to make it run on the 64 bit operating system? I tried the Windows compatibility modes for previous versions of Windows but that didn't seem to work either.
