Title: How can I use proxies in a browser?

Hello, its me agan :)
Okey I want to now, how can I use proxies in browser! I try SockCap but Its har to use ( for webm for me )
I now - "HTTP proxies" is it for web, and how can I use them ( for InternetExplorer)!?

Hello there :)
Okey I have a problem with http proxys! I use program tor for good http proxy using, but Has anyone have some program who change http proxy ( in InternetExplorer ) every 20sec or after every refresh!?
