how to create own http proxies

Hello fellow members ,
i am planning to setup my own elite proxy server to create unlimited ips ,
i have 1gbps connection ,

what do i need to setup unlimited ips on my connection ?

You need a proxy software such as WinGate or CCProxy.

sir what i meant is can i create unlimited ip on same computer "using own built server in same computer"
i need to create unlimited ip to use with some automated programs ,
my local ip is 202.185.1.1
and dns ip = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx [different ip]

is it possible to create unlimited ip to use with program , i am  aware of paid elite proxy , want to make ips same as elite

It's impossible because you only have one IP. You can only create one proxy on your computer.
