Okay, I decided to look up my L1 proxy harvest in case there are any SSL-enabled ones among them. So I configured and ran a test with Charon. Well, good news there were some HTTPS there...
Bad news is that Charon claims only 2 of 170 L1 proxies are actualy L1.
Charon states that 168 of those proxies contain "via" (HTTP_VIA;HTTP_PROXY_CONNECTION;HTTP_CONNECTION;HTTP_FORWARDED).
I used the same proxyjudge for Charon and Bleach
Bleach was in "strict" test mode
How come? This means L1 proxies I gathered are not "elite" (I.e reveal the fact user is behind a proxy to destination)?
