Is there a way to tell what city a proxy is in?

I used to use a site that would list the city (with perhaps 80% accuracy)
but now all the lists I find just have country flags (with perhaps 80% accuracy)

Try this. network-tools.com. That what I always use. It has all the network utilities like ping and tracert too.
If all else fail, use brute force.

 

anything
