CoDeeN proxies usually don't support all HTTP types, which means that you can't login forums, download files or surf https sites. Some people say that the CoDeeN proxies are absolutely useless. But I don't think so, at least you can use them to surf most ordinary sites.

The fastest way to identify a CoDeeN proxy is to remember that most 3128/3127 proxies are CoDeeN proxies.

Wrong on both counts!
The fastest way to identify a Planetlab/CoDeeN proxy is to simply resolve the IP Addresses of the proxies in your list to Host Names.  All reputable proxy analyzing software (Charon, ProxyChecker and AATools) have that ability and do so very quickly.

Proxies with ports of 3124/3127 are more than likely Planetlab/CoDeeN proxies as are port 8888.  That is not true of port 3128.

port 8888 are not always necessary to be CoDeeN proxys.

True, but the overwhelming majority are!
I tell it like it is and that's offensive to those professing knowledge they don't have.
