Sorry, I don't know what the "free Internet" is. There are many proxies working at the port 8080.

i know what shadow wants to say,,plz let me explain:

in "etisalat" network,,they ban internet access for ultrasurf (or any software using port 443) except for those using a network proxy which is "10.71.130.29:8080" ,the only port accessable to that proxy is 443 ,so if i set my browser to that proxy and hit google.com,doesnt work,,but if i set ultrasurf with that proxy,it conncts successfully,,
when we check this proxy online with any online proxy checker,,it retains nothing ,,so it's probably a "private proxy" i think,, but the problem is that it's becoming too slow,, we need to check if there's any other private proxies dedacated for the same purpose ,and left for emirgancies lets say,,
when i check "10.71.130.29:8080" with the proxy checker coming with "proxifier",it success to establish connection with it,, sadly when i try the well-known elite proxy checker it say it's a not-working proxy !!!

so simply, we need a tool to check for a range of proxies, hoping we find other proxies like "10.71.130.29:8080",,,

Proxifier regards 10.71.130.29:8080 as working and Elite Proxy Switcher regards it as dead. You can use the proxy 10.71.130.29:8080 in your browser to check whether it's working or not.
