Version 1.15?

Does anyone knows the changes in this version because besides the speed/delay option i dont see anything else and the setup has double its size.
I dont think it is great idea to write it as fast and slow proxies.We are used to delay.

Many proxy beginners don't know the meaning of delay so we change the delay value to speed (fast, normal, slow). If you move your mouse over it, you can see its delay value.
