Using proxy are too slow ?

Why every i surfing the web with proxy my connection often become very slow and can't used these proxies well ?

You can use our free software Elite Proxy Switcher (EPS) to test the proxies. After testing, please click the column header "Delay" to make the fast proxies on the top.

I don't understand about delay.do you mean the highest number is the fastest ?
