Use proxy to create 2 accounts

I don't know how to find the correct place to post but I need some help please, I want to know if a proxy will allow me to create and use two accounts on an online game without being detected and banned.

Yes, you can use a proxy to do that. Use your real IP to create a account then use a proxy to create another account.

If it's a web game, you'd better clear the cookie or use two browsers. For example, use IE for one account and Firefox for another account.
