What does "Tested Proxy Mainly used in Browser" mean?  Should I check it if I only want proxies that I will be using with a browser?  (http) ?

Where did you find that statement?  Are you sure it didn't say "manually" instead of mainly???  That's what it would have meant. 
I tell it like it is and that's offensive to those professing knowledge they don't have.

If you use a proxy in a browser (IE or Firefox), it will add this code in request:

Code:
Proxy-Connection: Keep-Alive

EPS will send that code if you check "Tested proxy are used in web browser".
Some Level 1 proxy will become Level 2 if that option is enabled.

In otherwords.. if you are PLANNING on using the proxies mainly in a Browser (which I will be), then you WANT to check this option?
