where is the option to put/upload proxies on  a server/ftp or in a folder?

(looking for Permit to publish or sell the proxies gained by FPL option)

You can find the proxies in the "History" folder of FPL directory after test if you use the default options.
You can also use Bleach -> View Results -> History to open it.

BTW, "Permit to publish or sell the proxies gained by FPL" is a permission, not an option.
