When I try to inport the proxies using the switch proxy plugin I keep getting an error: about line 481 data no what is that supposed to mean.  Thanks for the help in advance.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the switch proxy plugin. Maybe the problem is the format of your proxies.
It is usually xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy
Maybe there is an unwanted character in the proxies such as a blank or tab.
