I'd like to know of Elite Proxy switcher changes the proxy on the Windows XP Machine? Or just IE and Firefox?  Also.. is there any way to automate the change. ie: switch to next good proxy in 5 minutes for example?

Only your ISP can change your computer's real IP Address.  That is why, as a general rule, people use proxies in browsers and other programs that accept them.

As long as the proxy you are using is serving it's purpose, why would you feel the need to change it every 5 minutes?  I assume you are defining "good" as meaning "anonymous"?

I tell it like it is and that's offensive to those professing knowledge they don't have.

Elite Proxy Switcher (EPS) only changes the IP of your browsers (IE and Firefox, may support Opera later).
Now EPS 1.03 can't automatically change current proxy after some time, this function will be included in the later version.
