creating entry in leech list that gets attachments?

im stuck on trying ot get it to work with attachments, maybe someone can help me.
the url for the forum is

what should the entry be for the forumlist file. i tried reading The format of FPL leech list topic and i thought i understood it but i cant get it to get the attachments so any help would be great, thx
