Hello guys...

My problem with EPS is that when I analyze a list of proxies I try to use either IE or FireFox to surf and the connection freezes.

So, after I analyze the list and got the data, I have to turn my modem off and turn it back on so I can have access to internet.

I noticed a few weeks ago that it happens when I try to use LimeWire.

I'm using Vista.

Any idea of what's going on?

Thanks

Vick

Windows XP & Vista Connection Limit Patch
http://forum.my-proxy.com/index.php?topic=2707.0

If you already installed that patch, maybe your modem isn't strong enough to handle too many simultaneous connections.
You can try to use less threads to test the proxies.

My-Proxy - Free proxy list, online proxy checker and proxy tools.
Elite Proxy Switcher - Easily testing and using proxies.
Forum Proxy Leecher - Enjoy making fresh proxy lists by yourself.
Buy Proxy - Buy checked proxies from My-Proxy easily and quickly.

It certainly could have something to do with what Terry has offered, but it could also be the proxies you are using.

EPS does not insert proxies to use with Limewire, therefore I would suspect you might be attempting to use a Planetlab/CoDeeN proxy which of course will not work.  It would be very interesting to see the proxy list (be they dead or alive now) you used.

I tell it like it is and that's offensive to those professing knowledge they don't have.
