Am I mistyping syntax?
 I NEED those "elite" proxies, plz help!

P.S.: Am I the only one who notices a dramatic decline in the amount of "level one" proxies?
70 000 leached, 11 level ones, 2300 level two...   Cry

I don't know any software can leech them currently.
