Proxy Tool

Hi folks, I want to ask you a question that bothers me a lot: I need an application to be able to open a certain URL for a specific number of times using a proxy list so it wouldn't be the same IP. I hope you understand what I need. Is there any known application to install, even a shareware one? Thanks in advance!

Is it able to load a certain URL for a specific certain of time because as far I can see all it does is checking the proxy. Anyway, I'll try it to see if it's useful.

Double click the proxy in the list, Elite Proxy Switcher will set the proxy for your Firefox or IE.
