If all/most proxies die when testing them or you need more than 1 hour to test 4k proxies, you should use this patch. If you don't want to modify your system, please set the Max Threads to 5.
======================================= For Windows XP & 2003 Users
Download the patch here:
http://www.lvllord.de/download.php?url=en/EvID4226Patch223d-en.zip Windows XP SP2 & 2003 SP1 Beta limits the maximum TCP connection to 10 for safety. But you can only scan 10 topics simultaneously with this limit so that the leeching and testing process will be extremely long.
Use this patch to modify your maximal TCP connection number. Please set it bigger than the total thread number you set for FPL and Bleach (100 is enough).
Your other multi-threading Internet programs, especially proxy test tools will also need this patch.
======================================= For Windows Vista Users
Windows Vista only allows 10 or 25 simultaneous connections in order to improve the security, but an immediate downside is the fact that it impacts the multi-thread Internet programs such as Forum Proxy Leecher (http://fpl.my-proxy.com) and Elite Proxy Switcher (http://www.eliteproxyswitcher.com). News: Microsoft release the system patch KB941644 in Jan, 2008. It limits the maximal connection number to 10 again. The version number of tcpip.sys becomes 6.0.6000.16567(Vista 32bit) or 6.0.6000.20689 (Vista 64bit).
Please use this patch (only for tcpip.sys 6.0.6000.16567 or 6.0.6000.20689) to remove the limit:
http://www.yaronmaor.net/downloads/VistaTcpipUacPatch1.9b.rar Note: Some users say they cannot start the computer after install that patch!
Please check your version of the tcpip.sys file before running this patch. The original driver is located at: x:\windows\system32\drivers\tcpip.sys (move your mouse over it to see the version) If your version of tcpip.sys is not 6.0.6000.16567 or 6.0.6000.20689, please update your Windows Vista.

You should use this patch: EventID4226Fix for Windows Vista v2.0 for SP1-RTM (build 18000) (32bit only!)
http://www.yaronmaor.net/downloads/VistaTcpipUacPatch20.rar Please follow the instructions in the README.TXT file that comes with the patch.
