Proxifier, FreeCap and Applications

Hello, I have question about proxy servers.The problem is that I can run my programs through proxy server which is inside my intranet network (I have Wi-FI), but if I want to run some application throught another proxy which isn`t in my provider`s intranet it doesn`t work.I think it`s because I haven`t public IP address.What do you think about this problem?

- Very good programs to run apps through proxy are FreeCap, WideCap and Proxifier.

If the proxy IP is 192.168.xxx.xxx, you can only use it in the LAN.

Yes proxy IP is LAN IP 10.115.0.253.So other proxy servers does`t work because I haven`t public IP?

If you don't have a public IP, you won't be able to use a public proxy.
