Hi,
is there any type of proxy I can use for Paypal when I am not at home? I would use the same proxy everywhere so that my IP stays in the same range... But is there any proxy left that is not blacklisted? Do the proxies support HTTPS?

Some proxies support HTTPS (SSL). But I don't think it's a good idea to use a proxy to login PayPal.

I use proxies when I login to paypal. I never have a problem with it. Why is that an issue?

If the proxy you used is in the blacklist of PayPal. Your account may be limited.
