on my search for some useful German proxies I found this page

The specified codeen/ PlanetLab proxies aren't part of my issue, since they oviously need a log-in.

The other few proxies are supplied by German online companies ie WebHoster, telecomunication companies a.s.o. Therefore, I would like to know which intent these companies have to set up/publish these proxies and what data they might store about my surfing habits?

Second, if the answer is that these proxies aren't any good, I would be very glad if you could give me advice where to find some quality proxies for Germany.

Unfortunally, I could`t find proxies with German IPs on your website.

I would be very glad if you could give me advice where to find some quality proxies for Germany.

I checked the proxies, but some of them aren`t working properly, certain proxies are also from other countries, e.g. 141.24.33.162:3128 (from sevilla, Spain) and others have a relation to Codeen/Planet Lab...

Proxies die fast so many of them are not working when you use them.
