I'm trying to use CMS Grabber to download multiple rapidshare files are once, I've already tested and located multiple working proxies, but when it asks to put them in the proxy box, it also asks for [user:password@]  WHAT EXACTLY DOES THIS MEAN??? What user and password do I have to put in there?

Those proxies that need username and password are private proxy. You should use public proxies to use Grabber.
