Hi guys
i have a problem with my IP address, i live in vietnam but my ip showed  is AU
and in some game online i am playing,it showed me as a user come from AU.I guess my speed conection downing because it (i kept disconecting& huge lagging)if compare with some my friend
How can i detect what progam/sth was make my ip changed..so i can stop it over? I had to use firefox & IE 6 but in conection setting(firefox) i chosed "Direct conection to internet". can someone help me?

I think maybe the problem is from your ISP. You'd better contact them for more information.
