HTTPS Proxies for sign up

So here's the deal, I'm attempting to use proxies for the purpose of signing up to diffirent programs, but most of the proxies are planetlab/codeen proxies that are useless for signing up, and even more so when I'm attempting to sign up for a site that has https access its near impossible.

I found this site here, and supposedly they claim to offer lists of working https proxies

I was wondering if any experts might have any advice as to how I could go about acquiring IP's for the use of signing up with HTTPS secure sites.

I don't see how many proxies they provide every day, and how many elite or https proxies in it.
You can contact that ICQ to ask for a sample proxy list.

PS: They only accept EGold and Webmoney. It's difficult to buy it.
