As in topic.
I use MultiProxy 1.2 to surf anon.. but only proxy on 8080, 80, 7212 work good for HTTP.
Can I use 3xxx port based proxies to surf throug HTTP.

It is getting hard to fing good proxies on standard ports.

It depends on the setting of the administrator too.
