Hy there^^

i´m trying to find a tutorial or something else whitch is explain me how to scann proxies.
what programms i need?
whitch ranges? (ok an rage  index^^)

icon there's a lot of leechers on the net.. they can just collect proxy lists.. some leechers can scan and test these proxies.. some scanners will show u every proxy to which country it belongs and if it was working..
