The website collects proxies too and block those IPs. You have to try many proxies, when you used a proxy that the website doesn't know, you succeed.

Maybe that proxy was dead, you have to find another working proxy.

The proxy is still L1 when I scan it with EPS !!!!!!!!
May be it works like that ....anyway.

Proxies last for a few hours at best. If you find one that stays up for days consider it suspicious!

and also some websites block all proxies L2 and L3, if system detects it as proxy, need to work with L1
