  please i wanna ask can someone, tell me how can i know if Sock is blacklisted before using it for Emailing Campaigning .

If mailer is in Spamhaus top list 'll it affect the software , from working properly ? or 'll it be blocked ? or 'll it delivery alway go to bulk ? please i know this isn't suppose to be here i wanna know .

It depends on the setting of the mail server. Big mail company such as gmail, hotmail and yahoo discard those emails sent from the blacklisted IPs. The user won't receive the emails, even in the spam box.

What i meant isn't about the IP's i am talking about the bulk mailer itself thus i saw some mailer on spamhaus spammer list what i wanna kno 'll that affect the software from working properly ?

I didn't see that spammer list on spamhaus.org. The best way to know whether it will be blocked is to test. You can use your mailer to send some emails to your own accounts in gmail, yahoo and hotmail.

I don't think you need to worry about it unless you are on the list.
