There two methods for you to find proxies for specific countries.

1) You can find some from this website if you don't need too many:

2) Use a proxy leecher such as Forum Proxy Leecher to get a great amount of proxies, then test and find the countries of those proxies by Elite Proxy Switcher:
http://www.eliteproxyswitcher.com

Tip: Click the "Country" column in EPS after testing the proxies to sort the proxy list by country.
