Perhaps you should explain (in detail) what you are trying to do and why first.

You can load your proxy list by Elite Proxy Switcher (http://www.eliteproxyswitcher.com)
and then sort the proxy list by "Port".

No, I asked my questions because it is very apparent that you know little about proxies.  Therefore I wondered why you would specifically want a port 1745 proxy and/or information on how to create one.  It was (is) a very unusual request.

Cheesy i have some experiment for this port to baypass connection at office.. because my friend said that his scanner software tell if this port open..
