I am a newbie but I have done lots of reading. While using Firefox with a proxy, I am trying to enter a contest. The contest uses a sign-in system. I keep receiving this message

You need to upgrade your Flash Player

Please download the latest flash player to see this content.

Click here if you know you already have the Flash Player.

Is there a way to enter the site or are most sign in sites off limit with proxies?

Please upgrade your Flash Player to the latest version and try again.

I am updating this incase anyone in the future has the same problem. I had checked that the flash player was the most updated and it was for IE. But since I was using Firefox for the proxy, i had to include the flash player add on. Everything is working perfect now. Thank you Terry and great work with the site
