I'd like to find a simple way to change my proxy.
What is the best way?
Is there a site I can enter a proxy address and it will change my porxy?

You can try to use CGI proxies. A CGI (web) proxy is also known as an anonymizer. You can anonymously surf the internet and protect your privacy using them.
