CALL FOR HELP

   i m new here
   since this is a tech forum i thought i may a very imp question for me
   actually i was using rapidshare grabber really fine for a few days with the help of proxies from here and there
   suddenly download speed has dropped to a crawl .
   here i may add i m  using a proxy server of my isp lan.
     THIS IS THE PATTERN .ALMOST DOUBLE SPEED DOWNLOADS FOR A FEW DAYS THAN SUDDENLY SPEED IS LIKE I KB OR AROUND.THIS HAS HAPPENED LIKE THIS IN ALL MY P2P APPS  BITTORRENT APPZ,FTP ,IRC APPS AND NOW RAPIDSHARE GRABBER.ONLY DOWNLOAD THRU HTTP PROXY IN IE IS AT CONSTANT SPEED.
cant figure it out is it a port problem or isp doing something or some setting tweak .i m exhausted
      may be this is not the right place for this question but any insight is welcome
 plzz encourage me by responding

Perhaps your ISP limits the speed on the ports other than 80. You can use the proxies with the 80 port to have a try.

 YES U R RIGHT .I CAN ONLY USE PROXIES WITH PORT 80,808,8080. ALSO DEFAULT GATEWAY PORT GIVEN TO ME IS 808 .
    SO WE HAVE ALMOST PINPOINTED THE PROBLEM .QUESTION IS IS THERE A SOLUTION . CAN I FORWARD ANY OTHER PORT WITHOUT MY ISP KNOWLEDGE. IF SO THAN HOW. IF NO THAN WHAT TO DO

You can search a software which is called "Socks2HTTP" on Google.
I didn't test it, but you can try.
