^^But you haven't clarified anything. You are the only person here to say anything about CAPTCHA, and it appears that you are the only one raising the issue of a charge.
The only thing that truly matters about Planetlab/CoDeen proxies is that they have limited (restricted) use value by the general public.
In the forum "Suggestion & Bug Report", in the thread
"Planetlab/CoDeeN proxies", you wrote the following (emphasis added):
That's the point Terry, only people affliated with Planetlab/CoDeen and who have paid for the right would have those digits.
That's the statement about the charge that I'm clarifying.
Nobody has to pay to use CoDeeN. If you meant paying
for PlanetLab, membership is free to universities. Most
PlanetLab users don't pay for it.
As for the CAPTCHA, that's what Terry was referring to at the
start of this thread when he said "Enter the digits or characters required"
He even posted a screen cap.
I wanted to dispel any suggestion that CoDeeN charges.
Does that clarify things now?
