Proxy on IRC

Hello, i have a problem i use proxy on opera and mozilla firefox, it works with the proxy ip on other sites, but when i try to use a flash quakenet webchat i and type /whois Myname then i get my original ip (not proxy). How can i make proxy work on flash irc's? And also make it work on flash itself? 

And when i try to go to quakenet on mirc with proxy i dosen't work, and it comes a message saying "Openproxy dosen't work"   Can tell me how i can use a proxy and it working with quakenet?

You can use Sockscap to launch your browser. It can make Flash Player to use the socks proxy.

Well, i guess i don't have to open a new topic.

I realy need to enter a webchat site with a proxy server, this site webchat.freenode.net/.
I try some proxy servers but all of them didn't display the captcha code and the connect button.

Some proxies may block the captcha code. You can change to another proxy.

It's easy to make your own proxy server(on your web server) like this one howtounblock.org, but can you make a proxy server for irc only?
If so... i hope there is a tutorial .
