Proxies with some closed ports

Hey there!
So i can't access to one website if i use proxies, because it says that my ports are open : 80, 8080 or 3128.
So my question is: Are there any proxies available with closed ports 80, 8080 and 3128?

The website can know the IP of your proxy but it cannot know the port of your proxy. 80, 8080 and 3128 are common ports of proxy.
