not sure how to use proxyjudge

after fpl leeches proxies, it automatically starts to bleach and it says all proxies will timeout to change settings. where do you change timeout settings for proxy judge?
i am getting around 70,000 proxies after leeching, just when i go to test them they all timeout.
anyhelp would be nice

ok i didnt see a place to edit post, so i am adding to the one before. i finally figured some what out. i am leeching around 69,000 proxies and 26,000 unique proxies. Which i am pretty sure is correct. I am only getting around 171 L1 proxies,45 L2 and 162 transparent. Is that pretty normal, when i first went to test i was getting proxy judge settings are bad or something almost all proxies will timeout so i changed the proxy judge. I have a differfent proxy grabber as well, just having a little trouble on figuring  out exactly  how this one works.

Change the proxyjudge in Bleach setting dialog if all your proxies timeout.

It all depends on the proxy sites you leeched. Only if they provide unique and fresh proxies, you can get good lists.
