Need to appear that I'm actually in that country?

Hey there,

I'm new to using EPS and proxies.....

This may seem like a stupid question but I need to ask it anyway.....

When using a Level 1 proxy, does the proxy have to be from the country where you are trying to sign up for a service?
In other words, if I'm trying to sign up for a specific service and I need it to appear that I'm actually in that country - does the proxy have to be from that country?

Hopefully you can understand what I'm trying to get at....

It depends on the service. Some service such as Yahoo email doesn't limit the user's country so you can use any proxy. Some service only allows US users so you have to use a US proxy.
