need help, it wont leech any proxies

i'm using the free trial before i purchase ive patched my TCP connections using 100 i have a router but idk it wont leech any proxies for me not a single one and i refuse to purchase this if its not working thats why i'm using the trial :| i'm on windows xp service pack 2 -_- i have a firewall but i shut it down completly and closed peer gurdian and it still didnt work did the same thing :/

Why FPL can't get any proxy from a certain forum?

    * Please allow FPL to pass your firewall, uninstall the firewall if necessary.
    * Make sure that you have logged into the forum with Internet Explorer, not Firefox or other browsers.
    * Please select "Log me on automatically each visit" when login the forums.
    * Please logout and login this forum again if the problem isn't solved.
    * Make sure you have the right to see the topics that contains proxy.
    * Note the trial version can't get the proxies in attachments.
    * Set the value of "timeout" bigger if it always happens.
    * Please "Repair" your network if there is nothing coming after "Connecting to Internet", restart your computer if necessary.
    * Last, please contact us if you still have the problem after trying the above.

to the reply about bleach yes it tests the proxies ive already tried that program  :p because i used another program get some proxies but it doesnt get alot only about 3k proxies total lol... it scaned them i think 35 out of the whole list was anonymous

FPL worked well after correctly logining the forums.
