making use of multiple Socks Proxies the same time

iam searching so long... the only programm i found is abou 10 years old

and its still working. but with one limit. the concurrent connection limit is hard coded to 32 threads.

is there any socks proxy load balancer tool out there which can rotate the configured proxies live while using it? so i can use for example 4 good proxies at the same time speeding up my connection and without overloading only one proxy. As you serve the web the images and css js etc would load not all through one connection you get it?

only one i found was hummingbird socks client now called opentext socks. it have load balancer but its not very user friendly it only rotates every minute or so. i can set multiproxy to rotate every connection!
