Lvl 1, 2 or 3?

Hi everyone !

I discovered your forum not so long ago, and I need your opinion on something.

A management game which I play needs "clicks" from different IPs, and I was wondering which lvl was the most appropriated for this?

The Level 1 proxies are surely OK for you.
Regarding the Level 2/3, it depends on the game.
