Hi, I've recently discovered that the ip2country.dat that there is included on EPS is a unknown binary file. ipTwocountry, in another proxy or ip tools, usually are a text file with a list of codes and cities/Countries and I could modify to update them.
How can I update or modify ip2country.dat file without reinstaling EPS_setup (non-Admin user)
