how to sort the location and the speed of the proxies

Hi Everyone:

I am a new user to Elite proxy switcher (professional) and the list service and I have the following questions about the software:

1.   Is there a way to sort/find/locate proxies closest to Detroit, Michigan?
2.   How can I also sort/specify cable modem proxies?

You are click the header of the "Country" colunm to sort the proxies by country. But our software can not check the detailed location.

You can click the header of the "Delay" colunm to sort the proxies by speed. The faster proxies have less delay. But our software can not check whether a proxy is cable modem proxy.
