How to find out the maximum number of threads I can run

Is there anyway to find out the maximum number of threads i should be running on my connection?

You can use Bleach to test some proxies and increase the number of threads (default is 80).
If you can't surf while testing then it's the maximum number of threads you can run.

Please note that too many threads may cause some good proxies timeout.
