how to change IP using Elite Proxy Switcher

I dont know how to change IP of my laptop by using Elite proxy server can some one explain me

1. Import the proxy list into EPS
If you bought the proxy list service, please just click the menu File->Download List.
If not, here are two links from which you can get some proxies:
http://proxies.my-proxy.com
http://forum.my-proxy.com

Open the proxy list page, select the proxies and click ctrl+c to copy them into the clipboard.
Open EPS, click ctrl+v to paste the proxies from clipboard into EPS.

2. Check the proxies
Click the EPS menu Test->All to test all the proxies.

3. Use the proxies
Click the Delay column to make the fast proxies on the top.
Double click the proxy you want to use as the active proxy for your IE and Firefox.
You are now surfing the Internet through the proxy.
