How do I get an IP?

I have no idea what to do.  I have the free version but how do I get an IP?

1) Import the socks proxies
You can get some free socks proxies from My-Proxy socks Forum. Open the socks proxy list page, select the proxies and click CTRL+C to copy them into the clipboard. Open Socks Proxy Checker, click CTRL+V to paste the proxies from clipboard into Socks Proxy Checker.

2) Check the socks proxies
Click the Socks Proxy Checker menu TEST -> ALL to test all the proxies.

3) Use the socks proxies
Double click the working socks proxy in Socks Proxy Checker to use them in browsers.
