Hi,
I've been using ESP free for a while and decided to upgrade to Pro.
So I uninstalled the free version and then installed a fresh version from the download link.
A screen popped up asking for my email address which I entered and it said Success, you've activated EPS Professional on this computer. Please restart Elite Proxy Switcher to validate it.
Then the app exited.
So I restarted it and there was no nag screen, but when I went to test proxies a message appears in the bottom right window saying "Sorry, your serial number is error" and then the app quits.
Next time I load it I get the activation box again!
I'm running Windows 7
I've checked the serial key and machine id in the About screen in the app against the ones one the website and they match.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times.
I've tried setting it to run as administrator
I've tried setting the compatibility settings for Vista SP 2 and XP SP2
I've tried deleting the licence details in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EPS as suggested in another recent thread.
I'm at a bit of a loss what to do?
Is this the right place to get support? I couldn't find an actual customer service email.
