Help please Proxy for POP3 email

My web server has blocked my business broadband IP address
because outlook was accessing it every 20 seconds!
is there a way of using a proxy service to retrieve my emails through?
my web site was unavailable but using a proxy it works

Any help appreciated

i am trying to get server unblocked but but they are having problems

You can use socks proxy to retrieve your emails.

Outlook Express use the IE Proxy setting. You can set the socks proxy in IE then outlook will use that proxy.
